A1: The tolerance of the motor’s outer diameter has been adjusted to improve assembly precision. This may impact the pump’s compatibility, and we will send a detailed notice after communicating with the customer.

A2: Our plunger pumps have been tested in various environments and have shown stable performance. They operate smoothly under high speeds and extended use, meeting stringent customer requirements.

A3: You can contact us to request the plunger pump series dead volume data document, which contains detailed calculations.

A4: The pump head material is not resistant to strong acids, leading to internal leakage. We recommend replacing it with a more corrosion-resistant material to prevent this issue.

A6: We can provide specific models and configuration methods to meet this requirement. The EA-5ml is a common choice.

A7: Yes, FOREACH can supply pumps that meet these flow requirements. We will recommend the most suitable solution based on your specific application needs.

A8: PVDF material is acid-resistant but not alkali-resistant and is prone to cracking. We suggest using a stronger material, such as PPS+GF, to avoid damage.

A9: Our stepper motor needs to be used with a stepper driver to operate properly. Supplying power directly to the motor without a driver is incorrect. Please use a suitable driver.

A10: The customer’s drive device does not match our optocoupler. We recommend adjusting to the correct voltage specifications and checking the pump’s connection status.

A11: This could be due to connection issues with the three-way valve. Please check the installation and blockage and follow the operation guide.

A12: Yes, we can customize it to meet client requirements, especially for stable flow. However, sample testing is needed to confirm effectiveness.

A13: The standard design of the RPL pump does not support automatic calibration. However, adjustments can be made through an external control system to achieve calibration.

A14: The RPL pump has a limited temperature resistance range. We recommend using a cooling system or selecting high-temperature-resistant materials to maintain stable performance.

A15: To minimize flow fluctuations, you can add a flow buffer device or use multiple pumps in parallel for a smoother output.

A16: It is difficult for a single pump to maintain a completely stable flow. We suggest using multiple pumps in parallel or increasing the speed to meet the requirement.

A17: Valveless pumps are less effective for high-viscosity liquids. We recommend using specialized pumps or adjusting the flow rate and pressure to accommodate the application.

A18: Yes, optimizing the internal flow path or adding external stabilizing devices can enhance flow stability. We can provide specific solutions based on customer requirements.

A19: Regular cleaning, using appropriate fluids and materials, and avoiding overloading can help extend the pump’s lifespan. Proper maintenance and lubrication are also essential.

A20: Reducing noise can be achieved by optimizing the internal structure and using noise-dampening materials. Regular maintenance and proper lubrication will also minimize operational noise.
